We’ve been experiencing 95+ degree weather and AC went out in the middle of a Saturday night. We called Premier in Sunday and within 2 hours, Tech David Bowen came out. He is awesome! He was very professional, yet personable. He had to go into that very hot attic several times. He did it without complaining and got our unit back going. Thanks Premier for always providing great service!
Mr. Kevin came out to service our unit and he was very professional, kind and talkative. He arrived promptly, serviced our unit by a 6 month cleaning and answered all questions.
