Pet Groomers near Dublin

“They take really good care of my fur baby. They keep him groomed and smelling so lovely. However, I had an incident recently with Mandy. We were told by Mandy to be there at 7am. We get there as normal. At 1pm I called because my baby was not done yet. She stated she will call me when he is done. Around 3:45 pm I call again. I then was told he was about done so my son drove to get him. I explained to her at 1pm that I was not expecting a grooming to be all day and my son was being called in to work. We share a car. I was already working so I couldn't pick him up or take him and this is why my son did. Why expect us to get out of bed super early only to take your sweet time grooming him? It should never take over 8 hours for a groom. I can tell she got upset because I expressed my concerns. She automatically sets my baby up for six week appointments. This time she didn't which is out of her norm. We work weird hours so getting up extra early because you told us to be there only to have him there all day is frustrating. You made my son late for work. We can't be late for our appointments so be considerate and understanding of other people's time.“
