They take really good care of my fur baby. They keep him groomed and smelling so lovely. However, I had an incident recently with Mandy. We were told by Mandy to be there at 7am. We get there as normal. At 1pm I called because my baby was not done yet. She stated she will call me when he is done. Around 3:45 pm I call again. I then was told he was about done so my son drove to get him. I explained to her at 1pm that I was not expecting a grooming to be all day and my son was being called in to work. We share a car.
