My first time here was yesterday had the pleasure of having Katie provide services to me. She is a very sweet lady that appears to be a newer cosmo & as a cosmo of 17 years, I am very understanding of things that can go wrong. My color went wrong and my cut was great. Katie profusely apologized as she knew I was getting this for interviews and a pick up. Katie stated we would stay until she got it right and apologize for having me there all day which was approximately a little 5 hours for a haircut and crown platinum blonde highlights. After the 2nd go to try and fix the first color where the bleach bubbled over and was blamed on the dryer heat & every time I have ever received highlights virgin hair or professionally colored hair. I have always went under the heat to process and it never caused bleeding. Bleeding is also caused by two heavy bleach by the end of the foil, because bleach expands and then runs over onto your clients other hair. Never did she state she was going to charge me anything extra. I have been a hairdresser for over 17 years off & on and have had my fair share of mistakes when I was newer and even when I wasn't because not all clients are honest about what's on their hair. However, it is very customary that when a stylist messes up, they fix the issue w/o any extra charges. They are their own advertisement, and their clients are their walking billboards. Today I reached out to Katie to offer to make it easy on her just to do a fill so the blonde does not come back through and I would personally go purchase the all over color to take me back to my original color, even though I did not want to do that and cover all my natural silver highlights. Katie Inform me that it was going to be an additional $30 from yesterday and yes I could purchase the product and she had the filler. Now, if you're already gonna charge me an additional 30 from a mistake you made that didn't work out when you tried to fix it due to not allowing deposit to process for the full 35 minutes I asked if I would be charged additional today because again, as a cosmetologist, I could fix it myself cheaper than what she would charge me. Also, after hours, Katie And myself both forgot to have Me pay as we were leaving. She said nothing and I had completely forgotten about it because I was focused on leaving with Orange hair and an interview today with another one tomorrow and multiples next week. Once I realized, I did not pay her. I reached out to her via text on the way home to ensure her once I arrive tomm. I would pay her. She stated no problem. Have a great night. See you tomm. Still nothing about any adding charges until today when I offered to purchase color and make it an easy service for her. She then threatened to call the police on me and stated she didn't know if I was gonna pay her or not, and she went to school for her education and paid for that and this is how she provides for her family. I was just trying to understand where the additional charges were coming from and if I should expect any additional charges seeing how again I am actively interviewing for a job. Plus it would have been a 40 minute drive to get back to her aft. being there for hours yesterday. I never leave poor reviews, and I always try to give people the benefit of the doubt that is who I am. No one is perfect and people make mistakes. It's life and mistakes can be fixed with little to no effort. Unfortunately, aft. being threatened with the police and offering to purchase color and make it an easier service, only to find out, I was being charged even more for a mistake that was not mine. I will never be back to the salon and if anyone knows the owner I would love for him or her to see this Or for someone to share his or her phone number or email because again it is unheard of for a stylist to charge for fixing wht they messed up. So here I sit with hair that looks nothing like wht we discussed. I have platinum blonde, yellow, blonde and orange, all around my face from bleach bleeding on my crown area.

Jennifer has been cutting my hair for over 15 years. I have moved all over the state and always wait to go back to her. She’s the only one I trusted to cut my baby’s hair. She’s so sweet and such a perfectionist when it comes to cutting hair. I always bring pictures and she’s so good at recreating exactly what I want.I’ve also gone to Tanya when Jennifer couldn’t fit me in her schedule when I was in town. This is such a great group of women!

Always do their best and are always friendly. Ask for Mallory she is super cool and always cuts my hair exactly how i describe it. I can be a difficult customer sometimes but she has nailed it everytime. Very cool. Will continue to go here.
