I have used Allen's to service my rental homes for years, and always had great service. Recently, a rental that I manage had an AC issue. The owners called another local well known company, they diagnosed the issue, and it was about $7,000. Parts would not be available for a week. We discussed just putting in a new unit at $10,000. I called Allen's for a second opinion. They diagnosed the issue and fixed it the next morning for around $2,200!
