I wanted to take the time to leave a review not only about the excellent towing service, but how kind, gracious and caring the customer service was. I’m not sure what the lady’s name was that answered the phone, but she was so kind and gentle with me during a stressful day. Thank you so much for the way you spoke to me and helped me today. And thank you to the kind gentle that towed my vehicle. For anyone that lives in the area, it would be your best interest to use this towing service.

I had an outstanding experience with Triple H Towing Company in Douglasville, Georgia. My driver, Thomas Jackson, was simply the best tow truck driver I’ve ever encountered. He was punctual, professional, and took exceptional care of my vehicle. Thomas made sure everything was hooked up properly and handled the car with great attention to detail, even knowing how to manage high-end vehicle features like the emergency brake. The vehicle was delivered safely without any damage.
Additionally, Amy, the dispatcher, provided excellent customer service, making the whole process smooth and stress-free.
