Shaniqua and Jillian are absolutely fantastic! After some not-so-great encounters with previous tax preparers, giving the Tax Hive Group a shot turned out to be the best decision! The communication and customer service were exceptional from beginning to end. Shaniqua not only possesses great knowledge, but, she also strives to educate her clients and prioritize their best interests. As a first-time and now long-term client, I'm thoroughly satisfied. The staff is professional an knowledgeable! They have been doing my husband and I taxes for over seven years. I would recommend them to prepare your taxes . Keep in mind they know what they are doing , it does not matter if you have a small or large business they will take good care of you. Also, they treat you like FAMILY!

Mrs. Covert was amazing!As a new small business owner, she made me feel so comfortable with any questuon I had. She answered all of my questions with such an upbeat persona. It put my mind at ease, and I walked away feeling more knowledgeable and empowered that i could succeed as a small business owner. She, and her team were available anytime I needed any assistance.
