I had to have the interior of my home painted. When I took down my drapes I saw the wall had a crack in it from the floor to the ceiling. My painter said I could have foundation issues so I contacted Structural Fix LLC (They are part of Southern Contracting) and they sent Randy Greene to assess my problem. Randy was friendly and professional. He used a laser that quickly illustrated that my damage was normal settling. I was SO relieved because he could have told me I needed thousands of dollars of repair work and I would not have known if it were true or not. Randy Greene came out to look at a bowing foundation wall problem that I have. I was very impressed with him. He did not try to sell me on expensive solutions. He gave me advise on how to best handle my problem in a cost effective way. I was quite concerned about my issues but he let me know that they were not as bad as I thought. I would highly recommend this company. By the way, I had talked to a couple of other companies prior to Randy and they tried the scare tactics. Very impressed with Randy and also the way the company quickly scheduled my appointment.

My floor was caving in and they were able to lift it back up perfectly. Jeff and the team were great to work with. They were honest and reliable and best of all they finished early and under budget which never seems to happen - we were thrilled!
