I arrived for my appointment and Briana greeted me at the door with great energy which allowed my nerves and anxiety to settle, just a little. We sat down for about 10 mins and spoke about my skin care journey and addressed any concerns or questions that I had. The confidence and knowledge that Briana presented allowed my nerves and anxiety to settle a bit more. We began the facial and with the relaxing atmosphere combined with the consultation before the facial my nerves and anxiety had completely disappeared. The facial ended and I was throughly impressed with how good I felt and looked, the products that were used and the application of the facial. Very happy to say that I found my new esthetician.
