This experience was horrible to say the least. I made an appointment for 1pm this afternoon. When I arrived, I was told that the nail tech was working on another customer, and that she should be done around 1:20pm. When 1:20pm came and went, the nail tech was still working on said customer. Another 20 minutes or so went by, and I went up to the receptionist and asked what time the tech would be done, as I have to be at work at 2:30pm. She looked at me with a nonchalant attitude and asked if I would like to reschedule my appointment. Mind you this was after someone else had come in after me, and was able to receive their services right away. I told the receptionist no... read full review
