I booked an appointment way in advance, because I was going out of the Country and wanted to make sure I could get my hair done. I get a TEXT approximately an hour before appointment that she has to cancel. This is in the afternoon mind you, when most shops are about to close. There was no accommodation on helping to find another hairdresser or anything. I feel like it was super unprofessional to cancel at the very last minute. I rearranged my entire schedule for this appointment. This is the con of trying to do business with small businesses. She left me out there stranded two days before a big trip, but EVERYTHING happens for a reason. I am thankful I found someone to do my hair super last minute. (Although, Extra fees were attached to do the "emergency" visit)

DONT JUDGE ME BUT I ALWAYS LOOK AT THE LOWEST RATINGS we are all human no is perfect and I’m speaking on the clients ALWAYS GO AND SEE WHAT A PERSON/PLACE IS ABOUT BEFORE YOU GO OFF WHAT OTHER PEOPLE SAY .. If you’re looking for a place that brings you back to when your mother used to do your hair then this is it Ask for SHAE .. I’ve had bad experiences when it comes to my hair and it traumatized me .. today that changed I walked in a new client the owner greeted me with a warm welcome?? .. SHAE definitely made me feel comfortable with getting a trim she had no problem with answering the same questions in many different ways she saw I was nervous and explained step by step DIFFERENT ways I can actually SAVE MONEY by taking care of my DAMAGED HAIR if you want the best for your hair MONEY shouldn’t be an issue be an issue because the prices are reasonable SHAE I want to say thank you again and I will be back with my daughter so she can get over her fear as well IF AND WHEN YOU GO I RECOMMEND SHAE she is all about healthiness and managing money rightService: Haircut

I set an appointment for today at 10am and someone contacted me the day of saying she's canceling my appointment because she’s out of town I feel as if I shouldn’t have been able to book if that was the case and I should have been told they day i booked the appointment. Just unprofessional and poor communication skills.

Very clean and neat business, and they make you feel comfortable. I just moved to the Douglasville area, and this will definitely be my go to salon. I started going to her October of last year. Most beauticians just do what you ask and that's it. Well she actually cares about the condition of your hair and works towards making sure you gain as well as maintain healthy hair. Very respectful, and understanding. Gets you in and out! ❤!.
