I loooooove Veronica at Rio!! I walked in today and said “I need to know your name because you need to be my girl!” She looked like this ?, and we both just fell out laughing (they clearly came out all wrong). She has done the past few waxes that I have had, and she is Phenomenal! I have had NO ingrown hairs, and my waxes last a while!! And she makes sure that you look beautiful when she’s done. I never see a single hair when I get home, and I appreciate that… The front staff is always friendly and hospitable. It really is a great environment!! It’s always such a treat!! Thanks ladies!!
These girls are troopers! They have been working without a/c for a few days now (it's being fixed this afternoon) and they are doing everything they can to make the uncomfortable experience as comfortable as possible for their clients. If you've left a bad review because of something they couldn't control, SHAME ON YOU! I've been their client for about 10 years and Veronica is absolutely a boss! If you can't take the heat... reschedule! But don't knock down their score. I know first-hand that the owners are doing everything they can to get the a/c fixed and HVAC companies are swamped right now.
This was my first time getting a wax. My caregiver was awesome. I felt so bad because i had a lot of ingrown hairs in my legs. She took her time and took care if everything. She told me how to stop the ingrown hairs and what to do when I come back next time. I already booked my follow up.
