RAW responded quickly. Dimitri showed genuine concern about my plumbing issue and was able to get me scheduled the same day. Allen, the technician on duty, was timely, courteous and professional. He assessed my problem, got my price and made the repairs thoroughly. The situation revealed more extensive work was necessary and Allen advised me of the situation and the additional cost. Although this was a busy time for emergency calls, Allen did not rush through my service. He ensured that my system was back up and working properly.I am a satisfied customer and highly recommend them.Service: Plumbing pipe repair
