Great staff and Dr. Kathy is amazing.I'd been having lower back pain (without any relief) for more than a month straight. I was feeling better after the first visit. It's been a little more than 3 months (weekly - bi-weekly) visits and I feel like myself again. I highly recommend!

It is a pleasure to go to Lighthouse! Dr Kathy and staff are professional, clean, and truly care about their patients. Between Dr. Kathy and Kristin (massage therapist) they worked out a nasty pulled muscle in my lower back. Would highly recommend this office. Everyone there goes over and above to make you feel welcome, comfortable and valued! Thanks for helping me feel better!

Dr. Kathy Padgett is by far the finest chiropractor we’ve ever been to. Her facility is always spotless, and runs like a well oiled machine. It run’s that way because she hires only the best. Kathy’s office manager Mica, and her assistant Abby are always friendly and professional. They take our insurance for both adjustments, and massage therapy. Her and her staff seem to have the whole insurance thing down to a science. They have several rooms with different style adjustment tables. One table takes you from a vertical standing position, gently lowers you to a horizontal face down position, and then back again for patients with limited mobility.
