Love this location but… umm… can you guys do something about the fact that you’ve been missing the 60lb EZ curl bar for like several months? Can we also get an accurate scale in the locker room?

The gym is okay as in the equipment offered. But most of the treadmills are really old and don't work. Always out of sanitation wipes and so you will have to bring your own. And the cherry on top is the horrible customer service and that goes all the way to the top to customer service member management, I think it was Jammal I spoke with who offered no help. You can see for your self as they only respond to good reviews and not criticism.

Management needs to be changed, horrible service gym never has cleaning supplies so usually dirty.

The sauna has been closed for over two months and they excuse it by saying they are waiting for inspection. Be professional and do the proper service to your equipment and maintain it including the sauna, pool and spa, and exercise equipment.

Unfortunately, this feature has been out of service again for several months. As someone who comes to the gym primarily to work out, I find its absence quite disappointing. I truly hope it will be restored soon.

This location is great the staff and people who attend this location are very nice and respectful. The front desk associate Michael does a great job of making you feel like you’re at home each time you come in. Overall, I’ve had great experiences here over the last few years.
