I’d like to edit my below statement. We purchased the very expensive warranty so I could have peace of mind. Well, I’ve left literally about 10 messages with no call backs due to my black tank leaking and the valve being messed up, the warranty states you have to have the issue diagnosed but I can’t get it diagnosed if no one returns a call. The buying experience was great, but since the rig left the parking lot it’s been crickets. I’m almost convinced they did not do a thorough inspection of this unit due to the leaky tank and I’ve only had it since may, the underside looks like it had been cut open for some janky repairs and not done correctly. 10000000% recommend this place! Greg and the whole team were amazing. Not pushing me into buying something I couldn’t afford, financing was easy, the unit was clean and they made sure that everything was working before delivery. I’m thankful for this interaction and I would will continue to do business with them from here moving forward.
