Mr. Hamby is very courteous and knowledgeable about Roofing. We sat down and talked for several hours, he showed me what he was going to be done in the beginning. when it was time to start work him and his crew completed the job as promised and cleaned up all the debris that was from the previous roof.

I called Mr. Hamby and he quickly came out to fix the problem. This this was actually the 2nd time he had come out from the initial repair and because this repair was still under warranty there was no charge. I really appreciate Mr. Hamby and his customer service. In a world where customer service has taken a back seat, it's so great to have a company that still values its customers.
