We just had a new unit installed. Patrick and Adam were outstanding. Adam kept our 5 dogs entertained, and I think they actually missed him when they left. Our new AC/Heat Unit looks beautiful. Cannot recommend Potate's enough! Everyone we spoke to was extremely professional and courteous. They were able to send someone out the same day that our A/C stopped working to get us up and running until a repair could be made. Matt was extremely helpful, friendly, and professional each time we saw him to examine the issue, and to make the repairs.
