I called three companies prior to calling Elite. Two were a week out for availability and the last was a month out! I contacted Elite and they were able to arrange a service visit the next day. The issue was diagnosed and the job was quoted the same day. I accepted the quote and within four business days Elite had the parts needed and had me one the schedule. Stephen was on time and had the job completed and cleaned up within a few hours. He made sure to explain the repair and gave some recommendations to help with efficiency. The will definitely use Elite again.
Steven and his crew were very amazing and they were on time very knowledgeable about the work they were doing to our home. They were just so amazing. And Chasty she was the best she walk us through the progress she was very knowledgeable as well she told us the information about the different system that they offer she answered all of our concerns and questions. Thank goodness for this company I honestly advise for anyone that having issues with their heating and air to call this company. They were great It is rare to find a company that communicate with you honestly and also work with you properly and make you feel comfortable.
