I wouldn't ever advise anyone who want to get a short hairstyle and use the products that was offered here like the leaving conditioner and other things. They are very expensive and my hair has been shedding ever since I got my hair done at this salon. I've never lost so much hair in my life and i'm hoping that it's stopped shedding.

For all the African American women with natural hair 4C and then some …I do not recommend that you come here…they use BOTOX (what most Caucasian women use to get rid of wrinkles in their faces, yes that stuff) in your hair and don’t tell you until you ask what products they are putting in your hair…and if you’ve never had Botox in your natural hair before it will definitely break off! That’s also why they charge an arm and a leg for doing your natural African American hair…if you do go here let them know NOT to put that BOTOX (not biotin) in your hair or you will be starting all over with your hair journey…it has a strange smell after you wash your hair and your curl pattern will never be the same…it is just as bad if not worse than putting relaxer in your hair…and I guess the trick to trying to keep your hair afterwards is to continue getting it and letting them charge astronomical prices…

Maria and Alejandra are GREAT , They are so easy to talk to , very kind people ! I usually get a wash, deep condition , blow dry and straighten , at another salon further from me , but I figured I try something new and closer to me and I am not dissapointed at all! My hair is very shiny and smooth . I will definitely be coming back. My new #1 favorite salon . Thanks guys 💜💜

If you don’t have long, healthy hair, do not go here. They seem to mistreat people with a certain texture of hair and breakage. I have been under a bit of stress last few months, and unfortunately, my stress shows up in my appearance, in this case my scalp. My hair was pretty damaged, but it was not something that could not have been worked around. I’ve been in this same predicament before and the stylist was able to save quite a bit of my hair because she cared about my feelings and she respected me as a client.. This lady, Naomi, clearly mistreated me and purposely tried to humiliate me, in my opinion she discriminated against me based on the appearance of my hair. She CLEARLY did not care at all and made a joke of this entire thing. She was loud, rude, dismissive, made a scene and then after she suggested I allow her to cut my hair in a short style to so called restart new hair growth, she cut all my hair off in no specific style at all, it looked like a man’s hair cut with no line up or shape and she charged me thirty five dollars for that hair cut. She charged me twenty five dollars for a deep conditioner only to whack all my hair off and didn’t even try to make it look appealing. While I was there, another lady asked her what kind of music I liked and she answered on my behalf and immediately said “Rap!” This was unacceptable! During this encounter, I don’t have physical proof, but it looked as if one of the other stylists was recording me as I sat there being completely humiliated. This type of behavior is unfair and can perpetuate harmful biases. Everyone deserves respect and inclusion, regardless of their hairstyle or hair condition. I will NEVER allow myself to go somewhere to be treated such as this and will NEVER spend my money with them ever again!

Great experience I would highly recommend. I was a walk-in The customer service was extremely good and I am very pleased with my hair.I received a blow out and press. Naomi styled my hair and I have no complaints they cared for me and my hair very well. Worth it if you’re looking for a hair salon
