Wonderful experience! Looking forward to more visits!

Wasted my time. Booked a consultation and confirmed it with the salon for 1pm a few days prior. I got there a little early and waited until 1:30 while I just watched the woman I booked with giving a haircut. No one came up to me or said anything to me after the initial check-in. I just stood there and waited for 30+ minutes. I understand people run behind, but a call to push the consultation back or someone telling me she’s running late while I was standing there would've been appreciated.The receptionist called me after I left, and all she could say was “I’m sorry” she didn’t even try to rebook me or make it right.
If they can’t respect my time as a potential client, they won’t respect it as a paying client.

I had an issue my first visit here, but it was taken care of most professionally and above and beyond my satisfaction !!
I will definitely continue to come here !! I moved here from MI just a little over a year ago. Had a gal I loved. But now I think I found another good one. Maddie is awesome !! Good cut and good highlights. Thank you Maddie

I went to Charmaines to have a haircut because I thought it was a high end salon but they put me with a young girl named Laina that obviously has no idea what she is doing. I realize people have to learn but for the amount of money they charge I expect to have someone cut my hair that has experience. I will never go back to that salon and would advise anyone that hasn't been there before to make sure they have someone with experience cutting their hair. When I ask her how long she had been cutting hair she was like oh a couple of years which was a lie when I look on Charmaines website and it says bio coming. All I can say is hopefully my hair will grow back fast since I paid $72 for something that looks like a Dutch boy....

I have been going to Charmaine's for the past 7-8 years and I LOVE their work! They have been so helpful as my needs have changed...they actually take the time to listen and teach which is a huge plus in my book. A lot of the staff at Charmaine's are like family to me and I highly recommend them for all your salon needs!

Overpriced haircut that isn't going to blow your mind. They apparently have a 24 hr cancelation notice and if you cancel later than that, they charge you 30 bucks. Apparently tried to call to inform me of my upcoming apt but it was always in the morning when I'm asleep because I work at night. Didn't think to text me until day of the appointment...I had no idea I was scheduled for one until an hour before. You feel like you're being judged the moment you walk in so I don't see how that's an inviting atmosphere for customers. Won't be going back.
