The facility was neat and clean. The receptionist was friendly and helpful. All staff were friendly and informative helping me to select the appropriate lab for my situation. They also counseled me on the importance of being aware of your A1C levels. I definitely would go back and recommend anyone who needs labs. The phlebotomist was great, I barely felt a thing.
The location in Douglasville is PHENOMENAL. They are so sweet and sensitive. They are very punctual and respectful of our time, so be respectful with theirs. Absolutely happy with my visit.
My experience at ArcPoint in Douglasville was the MOST pleasant and professional. The office was clean (which says a lot). The staff there were very hospitable, and genuine as they took care of our needs. The nurse was great at drawing my daughters blood also. Overall, it was an extremely pleasant experience and I will DEFINITELY return in the future. Thank you!!
