I’ve been coming here for a few years but I believe I’m leaving for a more private salon because I spend hundreds here and today I used my $10 off after 10 visits which is incredible insane you have to spend like 1200 to get $10 off and it seem like that was a problem instead of seeing that they have a loyal client they felt a way because I was using my well earned discount. It always seems like there talking about you, it’s very obvious that after you make a comment then having something to say right after, it’s like we may not speak your language but some things are just common sense! This is my favorite nail salon in Douglasville. They have a wide range of nail polishes to choose from, they are fully staffed, they offer complimentary beverages, and the salon itself is always clean. If you have a broken nail or minor issue then they are always ready to assist free of charge. I’m a loyal customer to them and I appreciate the service they provide me as it has always been friendly and accommodating.
