Unfortunately I trusted another shop to do my piercings. After a week I started having complications and came here to have them looked at. I am so thankful for Alan! He knew immediately what the issue was, and was able to fix it immediately for me. He knows what hes doing, and educated me along the way since the other shop did not. I wont go anywhere else now.
Howard (Alan is his middle name) was sterile, kind, informative, and incredibly gentle. He sent me to Spencer’s to get the correct BioFlex jewelry for my MRI, helped swap everything out, and even put my piercings back in two days later. He explained everything clearly and made the whole experience easy, comfortable, and stress-free. Truly professional, thoughtful, and above-and-beyond helpful. Highly recommend!
Alan was very personable and sweet. Very detailed and I could tell that he loves what he does. I was so please with the quality of tragus jewelry that I purchased. I will return for other piercings and jewelry.
