“Been seeing this practice for approx. 16 visits now for issues related to Herniated Discs. I have learned through going here that exercise is key to my issues and relieving lower back pain. They have the machines needed to get the best treatment for what I have and Dr Alex does treatments that have helped relieve the pain also. The exercise area is small but plenty of room for the machines- best thing is you get one on one help and rarely need to wait for the next machine.”
