I've never had a problem with these people but if u are behind they will listen. But no one seems to understand this is the way they make make money and they need their money to. When they put trust in u that you are gonna pay your bill JUST PAY IT THEY HAVE TO LIVE TO. This is my second building from these lovely people and I will probably buy another when the time and my money is right. I'M NOT SHAME TO SAY I'VE BEEN BEHIND BEFORE BECAUSE OF SOME LIFE CHANGES, BUT AT LEAST I CAUGHT MINE UP. THANK YOU RTO GROUP Y'ALL ARE WONDERFUL. THANK YOU AGAIN FOR YOUR TIME AND TRUST.

This company has some of the best employees by far!
They have been nothing but kind and patient with me over the past two years when it comes to making payments on my shed.
Communication is key with them!
I hate to admit that I have lacked in that aspect more than I would like during this time but each time I have messaged them or spoken on the phone with them they have truly taken the time to listen and understand.
In today's world that is a rare thing.
We all go through struggles in our life and if it so happens that you are late on a payment then pick up the phone and call them to let them know what is going on.

These are honestly the best people I’ve dealt with in a very long time. Yes the interest is high, but I knew that before I signed. I chose to pay off my contract after two months. No penalty or accrued interest! The folks that I have dealt with are in Georgia USA. I like the fact that I can understand what they are saying! I’ll definitely use them again if necessary.
