It was a pleasure working with Robert and PuroClean. Unfortunately our house has had two different issues in the past few months, but it was a good experience working with Robert on both. He is friendly, thoughtful, and really puts the customer first. The smaller issue was a water leak in our bathroom, and Robert came quickly to help us get the floor totally dried out. He was careful and thoughtful in his approach, and determined (correctly) after some investigation that part of the existing flooring needed to be pulled up to dry out the water which was trapped underneath. These guys are awesome and do really excellent work! My cousin was a houseguest and burned pasta in the microwave and almost set my whole house on fire. The place was filled with smoke. Robert, the owner, personally brought over a machine that he left running for about 24-48 hours that had my home smelling fresher than new in no time. They responded quickly and their pricing is reasonable. He was patient and calm in explaining what would need to happen next to restore my home back to some place livable. Thank you so much PuroClean!
