Juan was on time and great to work with. He carefully evaluated what I thought to be a disaster and in the end the damage was not as extensive or severe as originally thought. He did not apply pressure or attempt to sell me a service that was not needed and I highly appreciate his honesty and professionalism. Give this guy a raise! Thanks, DryMedic, for hiring the right people and providing quality service. It is hard to come by these days.
They were quick, nice, and thorough. Had some issues getting air test and documents quickly, but when the owner found out about the issues he got right on helping me personally get those documents, offering to talk to my landlord for me, and even giving a discount.
