Recently used these guys to get new mailbox locks and to change to locks on some units for a property that I manage. They came out same day and gave me a great price. Israel was my technician. He communicated with me along the way and was so kind and patient. He even came back to help me figure out which key belonged to which door when I accidentally mixed them up. Super reliable. He sold up before I even came to my house. If it’s my door this is my second time coming in and he always does a good job. He usually charged me 175 for my door but this time he did it for 150 I would’ve paid him $200 if he charged that amount it’s really worth it no problem.

Needed help on a Sunday afternoon; could not get in or out of the back door because of a broken/stuck door lock. The technician, Israel, responded rather quickly and went right to work to solve the issue. In short order he had removed the problem bolt, replaced it and rekeyed the new lock to my existing key. All done in less than 30 minutes. He was wearing a company shirt, well spoken and professional.
