A neighbor highly recommended Cliff Chapman and/of Allen Pool Service a few years ago when we needed a significant renovation to our pool, spa, and surrounding patio. Cliff and his crew did an outstanding job as they had reportedly also done for that neighbor. The pricing was very reasonable, the process went as smoothly as possible, and the maintenance support over the years since then has made us quite happy with our choice.

There seems to be a greater attention to the finer aspects of customer service, call backs, techs explaining things to clueless spouses and best of all, honest techs who say “There’s nothing wrong, just a few minor adjustments…”.When my wife and I bought our home in Smoke Rise almost seven years ago, Allen Pools was the only service that responded to our call for help. We used Allen for openings and closings, pool resurfacing, repairs and a new heater. Based on our recent experience with Allen, we look forward to doing more business. Thanks.
