The technician and his colleague were cordial and explained what they would do. They were efficient and courteous. They did an excellent job and even cleaned the dryer vent. Air Duct Cleaning Experts even fixed our loose electrical wire to the vent.
Great, thorough work. The guys explained each step of the process, talked about the equipment they were using, and offered to answer any questions I had - I learned a couple things about my air duct in the process!
