“A pipe to my water heater broke last night and I'm so glad I have an alert system for that. Turned off the water and called Hart EMC in the morning since I have a policy for it. They notified JL Adams and within 30 minutes the owner called me for more information. After we were done taking, a technician named Noah called me and gave me a 30 minute ETA. About 15 minutes later, he was at my door and ready to work. His repair was done in a very reasonable amount of time for a reasonable price. Noah is a young man, but carries himself as an adult and I think he'll be an even more important part of their team in the future. Thank you for the repair in such a timely manner.“
