A pipe to my water heater broke last night and I'm so glad I have an alert system for that. Turned off the water and called Hart EMC in the morning since I have a policy for it. They notified JL Adams and within 30 minutes the owner called me for more information. After we were done taking, a technician named Noah called me and gave me a 30 minute ETA. About 15 minutes later, he was at my door and ready to work. His repair was done in a very reasonable amount of time for a reasonable price. Noah is a young man, but carries himself as an adult and I think he'll be an even more important part of their team in the future. Thank you for the repair in such a timely manner.
Austin pumped our septic this morning and installed two risers to the tank. He was knowledgeable, polite, efficient and just a really nice guy. He educated me on when to have it pumped again and how and when to clean the filter on the tank. I couldn’t be more happy with the experience.
JL Adams recently completed major plumbing and electrical repairs at my mother’s house in Hartwell. Everyone there is kind, patient, professional and skilled. It was an excellent experience. We highly recommend JL Adams!
