A pipe to my water heater broke last night and I'm so glad I have an alert system for that. Turned off the water and called Hart EMC in the morning since I have a policy for it. They notified JL Adams and within 30 minutes the owner called me for more information. After we were done taking, a technician named Noah called me and gave me a 30 minute ETA. About 15 minutes later, he was at my door and ready to work. His repair was done in a very reasonable amount of time for a reasonable price. Austin pumped our septic this morning and installed two risers to the tank. He was knowledgeable, polite, efficient and just a really nice guy. He educated me on when to have it pumped again and how and when to clean the filter on the tank. I couldn’t be more happy with the experience.
