Sukru was very professional and knowledgeable. I had consulted other support techs to resolve my issue (including Microsoft's) and they all agreed that I probably needed a factory reset because they could not find another way to fix it. While Sukru came to the same conclusion, he spent a long time looking for every other possible solution, trying things the other techs had not. He was honest and trustworthy and refused to even charge the minimum diagnostic fee. While I was there, two customers had their issues solved quickly and inexpensively. Please support our local computer/phone/tablet tech repair shop, it was much better than the well-known chain.

Best place ever! Went to UbreakIfix for my laptop that wouldn’t charge, and they quoted me 2-4 weeks until i get my laptop back and wanted to charge $240. I wanted to go see if there were better options and came here and they fixed it right in front of me in under 10 minutes for under $200. Amazing! Wonderful Service! Cannot recommend enough!

The gentleman fix my computer in a timely manner. The computer works great. It works fast. It's loading faster. Everything is moving like lightning speed. And I appreciate him. Great work.
