For some time now I've been searching for the missing piece in my journey to heal my body to it's younger self, and I've found it in Thrive Physio. Elizabeth has been guiding me in strengthening the areas that need strengthening and changing some of of my body's bad habits. Highly recommended!

I've been dealing with shoulder issues for fourteen months. I've tried managing the issues with other PT, massage, and chiropractic care. I had one doctor telling me I need surgery, another telling me I don't, and a third telling me I should have it when I'm fed up with my symptoms. Nikki was the first person to help me come up with a real plan. And pain is now the exception instead of the rule. My life has changed radically in the five weeks I've been going to Thrive, and I cannot recommend them enough. I'd be having surgery next month if it weren't for Nikki. I'm forever grateful for her work.

Both Nikki and Elizbeth are absolutely incredible. The knowledge they have about physical therapy, the body, exercise and injuries (new and old) is unmatched. Their skill set for sports injuries across the entirety of the body is one of the best I have seen. They work hard and continue to educate themselves on new practices in an evolving field.I've been seeing Nikki for an old cheerleading injury and she has provided a wealth of knowledge and a completely judge free zone.
