I was very blown away by the amazing care that Dr. Javonne Bailey and the staff at Village Vets provided. I came with my 80lb dog and two little kids and they were so helpful and even assisted me to my car. Not only that but they were so kind and caring. My dog was at ease in the office and I truly felt like everyone cared about him. I would highly recommend Dr Bailey, she was knowledgeable and thorough in her examination and post exam care instructions to me.
Dr Harris is exceptional!!! She takes the time to thoroughly explain treatment plans and diagnoses, and answers all my questions with patience and knowledge. She shares values of holistic practices and love for pets. The vet tech Austin H is also wonderful!! I feel heard by his care! Grateful for both of these 2!! 10 stars to these 2.
The front desk employees are also great. I have had mediocre care on some occasions by some of the other vets on staff due to the time and attention they provide. They also take the dogs to the back to examine them which I wish wasn’t common practice. 4 star vet clinic if it weren’t for Dr. Harris and Austin.
Everyone provided great service except I never received a call back about my cats lab report. It’s been 15 days & when i called today on Saturday the clinic said there was a report but the doctor would contact me on Monday. I asked them to email me the report. Still waiting. This is the only time I’ve had this experience because all other times they are so quick to call back. Just disappointed but it’s a great clinic!
