Jason was excellent to deal with and it's clear he's not only competent as a plumber, but he treats his customers well. His communication responsiveness was so fast it was like he was using AI to respond (he wasn't...it was him). He asked me to send him some pics or videos so he was prepped when he arrived. He was punctual for our appointment and had the right pieces and parts to resolve all 3 of my issues. He's also just a really nice guy. If I ever have another plumbing issue, I'll be calling the Plumbing Detectives without hesitation.
