I absolutely love bringing my daughter to Braid Bratz! They communicate effectively and My daughters hair always looks picture perfect after. Very fast and efficient. 10/10 recommend!

Was pleased with the service and friendliness of the staff (I cant say the same for the camp creek location, they can kick rocks, and that's all I'll say about that... go to Decatur location for superb service. I live closer to Camp Creek but chose to drive to Decatur instead). And the young lady that braided my hair (Angel) did a wonderful job.
I absolutely loved my experience here. I did not book an appointment because I was relying on the advertised "walk-ins accepted."I was not disappointed. The shop opened at 9 am and I arrived at around 9:45ish. I was greeted as soon as I crossed the threshold. I was asked my style, color, and length, and quoted me a price. I then signed in and probably had a 5min wait. (There were some ladies already in chairs.) I'm not going to lie, I was pleasantly surprised these were all black American women in this shop.
