Dr. Minh was my eye doctor for five years. Now that I’m moved away and just paid tons of money with a new one in Knoxville, on the same insurance plan, I thought I should give him some love. He’s fun, easy to work with, has a beautiful office with the most up-to-date technology and he’s so affordable. He doesn’t upsell and honors your preferences— he gave me a lower prescription to help with reading and evened out my prescriptions as well to reduce strain.

Dr Truong and her professional staff have provided excellent care the past 7 months treating my dry eye disease. Every appointment was right on time with an excellent detail plan of care and questions and answers to support the treatment. An excellent patient portal with notations of each visit.

Dr. Ta is the most personable, engaging doctor I have ever had. You can tell he loves what he does and was happy to answer all my questions. I love the fact that I knew exactly how much I would be spending well before my appointment. The lady who did all my pre-tests before the Doctor came in was exceptional! I appreciated her telling me what to expect with each test. I love the fact they use a VR headset to track eye alignment. I feel confident that I am in good hands with Specs Appeal, because the bedside manner all around was elite.
