Roadtex is a business with friendly and helpful staff, although they can be understaffed at times. The check-in process is straightforward, requiring customers to park on the street and walk in. The yard is small, making maneuvering tight, especially with multiple trucks present. Despite these challenges, the unloading process is efficient, and many customers appreciate the assistance from yard staff. Overall, Roadtex is a place where people feel welcomed and willing to return.
Showed up at 13:20 for fcfs by 14:00. Was told to park along the street and they'd call me with a dock door. It's now 17:15 and still no update on dock time. So far, not too impressed
This was a very pleasant experience delivering to RoadTex, The receiver was a very nice gentleman. I had a second delivery on my trailer and he took all the paperwork sorted out his bills from the other bills since they were all stapled together in and out. It was time that I backed in to the door was about 30 to 45 minutes. Very kind people
Park on the street and walk in! The front desk dudes was nice. The backing space is tight. Put my self in a jack knife for a sec. But the yard jockey helped me get turned around. And I back to the door with no problems. You have to slide ya tandems back . Once u dock it’s the typical time for unload. I’m here on a Sunday. So I don’t know if it’s more ppl to unload but these ppl did fine.
