Manicures are amazing and look like a princess's. Customers have been visiting the salon for years and recommend it highly. The wait is typically minimized, and the prices are competitive for the area. The salon has a welcoming and kind atmosphere, as described by one customer who brought their young child for a mommy & me manicure/pedicure. The staff was accommodating and made the child feel special. Another customer's wife is a regular at the salon, and her nails always come out looking amazing, thanks to the skilled and friendly staff, especially the experienced pro, Jenny.
Disappointed with my pedicure on Friday. Felt like my technician was rushing and she buffed too rough on my skin causing scabs, and also missed a strip of polish and didn’t touch the calluses on the side of the big toe.
What a welcoming and kind experience! I brought my young child in for a mommy & me manicure/pedicure and the staff welcomed us with open arms. I asked to be seated away from everyone just in case we disturbed their experience, so the manager responded by placing us right in front where we could be a part of the whole salon. She said we deserved to have a place of honor and were very welcome there. My jaw dropped. A lot of the time children are seen as an inconvenience in this country. It’s lovely to experience the hospitality and kindness from people who really enjoyed my child. My wife insists on coming to Polished Nail whenever she’s having her nails done. The shop is immaculate and welcoming. Her nails always come out looking amazing. The staff is very skilled and friendly. Jenny is her favorite and is an experienced pro in the art of nails. My wife always comes out of Polished Nails looking and feeling beautiful, pampered and happy. Highly recommend!
