From the front staff to Tina getting us to the back and Colleen getting us the answers that we need this place was awesome with spectacular patient care! The wait was not extra long! Thank you all for all your hard work!
As I start my review, I want to mention that I worked urgent care for 4 years. I believe and striving for excellence. I'm a medical lab tech and have a limited license and x-ray. So I hope you'll consider this review with a greater understanding and weight it with those credentials.
I did the online check-in and it went very smoothly. From there I was greeted by China who did my initial assessment and vitals. She has so much compassion, professionalism and reassurance while providing an explanation of how they could help me.

Arrived at 4:40, took two hours to get called back, left at 7:35. I honestly think they didn’t pull my chart for how long it took…
But once I was taken back I received excellent care from Chyna and Colleen. With a XRAY occurring asap to make sure I had no fractures. Colleen did absolutely everything she could at my appointment and referred me where she felt appropriate. The front office was also was apologetic following my appointment which felt sincere.
