This company is a total rip off. They play the insurance/patient game to the hilt leaving the patient with a big payment after billing your insurance. It cannot possibly run a lab $646 to run the pathology on a fungus. Check with your podiatrist where cultures are being sent before any action is taken. This is who Village podiatry uses.
