We needed help determining if we were "on track" to retire. After we sent a lot of information/data to Minerva and answered their questions, they were able to put together a "do-able" retirement plan that took into consideration our eccentricities and specific needs/desires. They did a wonderful job translating complicated financial terminology and calculations into something we could understand. Micah and Amy are such great communicators. Micah Porter has been my financial planner, advisor and investor for about six years now. I found him after two previous experiences with planners earning commissions on what they sold me (or wanted to sell me) instead of looking out for my family. Micah is a fee-only advisor, and that's the only relationship I trust. Six years later, a child later, two long moves later, we're still with him. His advice is calm, evidence-based and historically informed. Monthly market updates, quarterly Zooms, readily available. I don't trust anyone else.
