I was glad to see Dr. McKee this time. I needed answers for things I didn’t understand after seeing the PA Joy the week before. I hadn’t heard about the Natera testing pack that was sent to my house—still not sure what it is for, but I did manage to get the cost down. Same was true about clarifying my schedule, which I was scolded for for trying to dodge when it was wrong in the calendar at the clinic. Finally, I was told to go see the neurologist, but I had to dig to find out who the neurologist I was to see. Got that info from Dr. Laurel Barnes office 1 week ago.

Receptionist Candy is wonderful. So cheerful and welcoming. Dr. McKee was caring and patient with answering questions, as well as a great communicator with plain language for my elderly mom. Nurse who did labs was friendly, cheerful and kind.
