Highly recommend! Joe is relaxed BUT attentive and doesn't let you slack off and yet keeps it fun and interesting! I've been coming here for over 2 years and he still comes up with some new things I've never done before! My dad is 82yo and he also works out with Joe and loves it!
I go to Joe's Gym 5 times a week, for both 1on1 and group sessions. I have gained strength and flexibility. The sessions are fun and Joe keeps the atmosphere light and enjoyable. Definitely not the place for the heavy metal lifters, but most folks aren't. Though, the flexibility he teaches would greatly help a heavy lifter avoid injuries.
