I called for a same day appointment for my granddaughter. They were able to accommodate me, gave me a phone call when they were within 30 minutes of finishing her hair and did an excellent job. I recommend them highly. Great customer service!

DISGUSTING! ATTITUDES AND ROACHES! . But BEFORE I get to the ROACH part ! called a DAY ahead of time to schedule an appointment for the next day to do a braided hairstyle that should have taken an hour to a half an hour to do but when I arrived she said that she forgot that she had another appointment and asked that I come back later that day, no worries, I returned later that afternoon and then AFTER I waited another hour or so she says oh well can my sister do it because she still had had a client. So I say yes, waited another 40 mins and then someone asks me if I needed services?! Huh?! And I'm like the stylist knows that I'm waiting, what's the problem so then they DECIDED to take me! Long story short, the braids turned out braided unevenly, different sizes, some super skinny others fat, they REFUSE to braid your hair to the ends and when I insisted, they just cut the ends . They'll LIE in a heartbeat until you get Gansta with them and hold them accountable and they completely DRAG their PAYING and PATIENT customers verbally to the fullest! I suggest googles translation while their speaking. Anywho.. they're Straight CONS! Always trying to flip the narrative, so then I walked into the restroom and saw a nasty ROACH! DEUCES !! too many other shops around and most of all ones without the smug attitudes and ROACHES. Now Carry On.

This is not the place in the Roses Big lots shopping center. IM sorry but this place is dirty and junky. shoes, clothes, towels, hair, crumbs everywhere. They were nice enough, but they need to clean up.
