She Mar was so knowledgeable and thorough. He worked through a few possible scenarios for help with the high humidity caused by our unit cooling faster than the evaporation could take place. He also confirmed that the unit was installed well and running properly. He was very knowledgeable about our smart thermostat and was very patient and answered our questions to our full satisfaction. And our dog loved him which is always a good sign. We plan to enter a service contract and have the paperwork. Exceptionally professional!
