Chase represented what I expect from Empire Heating & Air Conditioning Inc. He was professional, responsive, and prompt, and he respected my wish that he mask up without me asking. Wow!!! What a nice surprise in this day of poor service and high prices. Empire came out the same day and trouble shot my Trane heater is 30 minutes. Turns out that the fresh air inlet was improperly installed and the previous service person left the combustion cover loose when the combustion blower was starved for air. Long term solution was discussed and the service charge was only $88.
