I just started coming to Covington family care, but I already love it. Dr. Acker is the best. She has a genuine concern and care for her patients. She asks questions and makes you comfortable in her presence. Her receptionist and nurses are very professional as well. Thank you for all you do.

I would give this Covington Family Care 10 stars but they only let me do 5. There customer Assist at the front desk at this location went up and beyond more than I could have imagined. I was so grateful and pleased with not only how much they cared about me and my son. They also made it very known that if I need anything else to please let them know. Thank you to the Covington Family care Front desk and Doctors and Nurses there. All you guys Rock. Thank you
